    Primary Job Functions:

    Develop sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed client requirements
    Build a portfolio of leads by use of direct B2B sales, networking and leveraging existing contact base
    Must be able to generate meetings by face to face and phone cold calls
    Engage and manage response teams for specific client opportunities
    Personal development through participation in local community organizations
    Canvasing the local market to become an expert in the field

    The ideal Business Development candidate will possess: 
    Strong Business to Business sales experience
    Have a strong track record of success with previous sales
    Excellent communication skills; with outside business and
    Ability to work independently and meet or exceed goals
    Light Industrial or Manufacturing staffing sales experience preferred
    Must be self-initiated and driven by numbers
    Bachelor’s Degree is required
