Billing Office Support Specialist - Bilingual Spanish
Responsibilities: Verify client insurance coverage and benefits. Verify client income and complete Fee Share Agreements. Data entry of client billing and insurance information. Answer switchboard, transfer calls, assist clients with paperwork, schedule appointments and other general office duties.
Qualifications: High School degree required. One year of telephone operating and data entry experience. Must have good phone skills, be courteous, have clear diction and proper pronunciation skills, and enjoy working with the public. Accurate typing skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and other computer programs. Bilingual Spanish required.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
