Job Description
In this role, Admin. Asst. is a critical role in keeping our office a positive, welcoming, and productive environment. Admin. Asst. will get the chance to interact with caregivers, clients, and visitors.
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Maintaining files
• Welcoming visitors to the office
• Answering phone calls
• Taking and delivering messages
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Assist in the application process of walk-in applicants.
• Assist in obtaining time sheets from caregivers
• Provide essential supplies needed by caregivers to fulfill their job
• Taking care of incoming and outgoing mails
• Running errands including introduction of caregivers to client as directed
• Help the Owner and Client Care Manager with office tasks.
