    Entrepreneur, pastor, author and CEO, William Vanderbloemen is the featured presenter at the Leadership in Ministry Forum, presented by Judson University’s Christian Ministries Department. Vanderbloemen will share his insights regarding building a dynamic, irresistible workplace culture based on his book, Culture Wins. The Leadership in Ministry Forum is designed to foster the development of ministry leaders through engagement with innovative thinkers. Vanderbloemen is an entrepreneur, pastor, speaker, author, and CEO/Founder of Vanderbloemen Search Group. He is a regular contributor to both Forbes and Fortune, and is asked to contribute to many media outlets on staff culture and team building. William has more than 15 years of ministry experience as a Senior Pastor with the best practices of executive search to provide churches with unique understandings of local church work with the knowledge and practices of professional executive search. William Vanderbloemen Search Group has served more than 800 churches since its founding in 2010 and has grown to 35 full-time employees. The firm has won several company culture awards and was ranked in the top five in Entrepreneur.com's Top Company Cultures list of all small businesses in the United States in 2016 and 2017.The Houston Business Journal also named the firm a Best Place to Work in Houston for three years. In 2017, Houstonia Magazine named Vanderbloemen a Best Place to Work in Houston, while Entrepreneur.com named it one of The Best Entrepreneurial Companies in America. Prior to founding Vanderbloemen, William studied executive search under a mentor with 25 years of executive search experience. He also was a Manager in Human Resources in a Fortune 200 company, where he focused on Integration of corporate culture and succession planning. William also led growth and innovation in churches in North Carolina, Alabama, and Houston. During his time in Alabama, he had the chance to help rebuild and relocate an ailing congregation and led them to new levels of growth. At age 31, he was elected Senior Pastor for the First Presbyterian Church of Houton, a church of about 5,000 adults and 1,500 children. He regularly is invited to speak across the country, teaching on leadership, staff culture, hiring, firing, and team building. His book "Next: Pastoral Succession That Works" explores pastoral leadership and succession planning. He has also written "Search: The Pastor Search Committee Handbook" and "Culture Wins: The Roadmap to an Irresistible Workplace" discusses effective staff culture.
