The Elgin Image Awards were developed to honor persons, projects, and organizations who are making significant contributions to the community through their time, actions, talents, and dedication. The honorees selected should serve as role models for service and be striving to make our community a better place.
The Award Categories descriptions -
Professional Rockstar: individual nominee has made a significant contribution to the improvement of Elgin’s image as a professional. May include lifetime achievements or emerging leaders.
Volunteer Extraordinaire: individual nominee has made a significant contribution to the improvement of Elgin’s image as a volunteer. May include lifetime achievements or emerging leaders.
Gamechanger Projects: specific community project that has helped improve Elgin’s image.
Creating a Difference Groups: Organization or business that has helped significantly improve Elgin’s image.
